Precision Demolition was created by Adrian Storey in 2012, when he saw a specific need for demolition work to be carried out by smaller specialist teams in a quiet and controlled practice – rather than large crews in a wild and reckless manner as was so often the case.
With a background in Facilities Management and Commercial Property, Adrian made the transition from a client in need of a reliable contractor, to providing that option directly to his peers.
All our staff areEWP qualified and site safe. Our occasional work with on NZ Police sites sees all staff frequently security vetted.
